Oil canning and pillowing of the panel is inherent in the product and not cause for rejection.

Both Dry and Wet panel systems are tested to meet the following:

  • AAMA 501 standards including
  • ASTM E283 Air penetration
  • ASTM E331 Water penetration
  • ASTM E330 Structural performance
  • AAMA 501.4 Seismic movement

All P-1 panels (Dry and Wet) are available in these sizes

Weight

22g sheet metal skin will have average weight of 1.3 lbs. per square foot.

Installer Qualification Program

Qualifying to install our panel system will require each person to attend a mandatory training class. At the start of each project, a manufacturer's rep will be on site to ensure proper installation.

At a minimum, 1 inspection will be performed midway through the project and a final inspection will be scheduled at the project's completion.
